PCB Electromagnetic Simulation

This application note validates the electrostatic field solution for a shielded strip transmission line on a high-permittivity substrate. Using EMAG’s Electrostatic module, the study computes the potential distribution in the strip, dielectric slabs, and surrounding air, then compares line plots at key points with published reference data. The close agreement confirms the accuracy of EMAG for stripline electrostatic benchmarks.
